At Chew Valley Distillery we have made the choice to take back control of the spirit itself by fermenting and distilling in house. Every bottle is a product of our hands-on process, crafted with care and passion, giving you a truly British-distilled rum experience.

Crafted using the highest quality and sustainably sourced molasses, Local Cheddar Spring water and 2 carefully selected yeast strains for a cleaner, smoother and balanced product. No Sugars, No Concentrates, No Colourings.
At Chew Valley Distillery, every bottle is meticulously crafted by hand. From the laser-etched wooden cork to the hand-applied label, each step is done in-house with care.
Every label is handwritten with its batch number and personally signed by our distiller and founder, Joe Kelly. This isn’t just for aesthetics — it’s our way of ensuring that every bottle leaving the distillery meets our exceptionally high standards.
